For instance, be prepared to receive a New Year’s Eve survey that will be delivered to you in the next flyer packet (February 5) and by an e-mail blast. Please help us and fill out this survey even if you did not attend. You are the only ones who can help us gather information for next year’s party.
The Committee will assist the GOCA Board of Directors (Board) and the Clubhouse Administrator in Planning Commuity Trips and our Good Service Provider in enhancing the Dining Experiences within our Community.
The committee shall consist of a minimum of three (3) but not more than five (5) members appointed by the Board of Directors. Members will serve for a two (2) year staggered two (2) year term. If committee members wish to remain on the committee after their term expires, they may reapply. The Board, in its sole discretion, shall appoint new members to fill open and expired terms. There shall be a Chair, Vice-chair, and Secretary. The Chair shall preside over each meeting. The Vice-chair shall be the spokesperson if the Chair is unavailable. There must be a quorum for voting. No more than three (3) unexcused absences will be permitted by any committee member.
